I started my career in Monokian Dentistry in 2017 when I was still in school. I had the opportunity to do my internship in this amazing office. I decided to stay with the practice because every single member takes the time to educate and provide excellent dentistry to every single patient. I’m excited to be a part of such a caring and professional team that is more like a family to me.
When I’m not at work I enjoy going to the shore and spending time with family and friends.

I started as a dental assistant here in 1992 shortly after entering the dental field. I love getting to know each individual patient and making sure their dental experience is as comfortable as possible. Everyone on our team is great, too. I love working with our doctors because all three are extremely conscientious and caring, along with being perfectionists. When I’m not working I enjoy going to my shore house in Wildwood and spending time on my 14 acre farm.
Haily: Registered Dental Assistant
I started my career in this office in 2003 and love everything about working here! From our wonderful patients to every member of our team, each person brings something special to my day. Our doctors take pride in their work and it shows. I am so proud to be a part of their team. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my high school sweetheart and the love of my life. We are newlyweds and enjoy every minute of it! We are also proud pet parents to our adorable dog, Benji.
Jessica: Registered Dental Assistant
As a child I actually enjoyed going to the dentist, and my interest in dentistry is driven by a desire to create similar experiences for others. That’s why I was excited to join the Monokian team after graduating from Burlington County Institute of Technology’s Dental Assisting program in 2016.
I’m very fortunate to be part of a practice that cares so much about delivering excellent dental care and positive patient experiences. I love the family atmosphere, and the passion everyone here has for what they do. When I’m not working I enjoy going to the beach, shopping and spending time with my family, friends, and 4-legged babies.
Kyle: Dental Assistant
I graduated from Rutgers University-Camden in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. I began working for Monokian Dentistry in July of 2021. I have really enjoyed learning about the dental field, and getting to know so many great team members and patients. A passion for dentistry is certainly felt the moment you set foot inside the office, and it inspires me to continue to grow as a assistant.
When I am not assisting in the office, I enjoy watching/playing sports, trying new places to eat, and spending time with family and friends.
Emily: Dental Assistant
I started as a sterilization technician at Monokian in 2020. Since then, they have trained me and sent me to school to get my Dental Radiologic Technology license. I’ve learned a lot since joining the practice; I’m grateful to be a chairside assistant now, and I look forward to continuing my education and earning more certifications.
I take pride in going out of my way to make patients feel as comfortable as possible in the dental chair. I used to have anxiety about going to the dentist and wish I had an office like Monokian Dentistry growing up. I also love Monokian Dentistry for the people. This is my second family – I have found my forever friends here!
I grew up in Waterford Works and attended Hammonton High School. In my free time I love hanging out at home on my farm with family and friends… especially my three nephews.
Jahsani: Registered Dental Assistant
I started my career at Monokian Dentistry in 2022 after graduating from Burlington County Institute of Technology. I was lucky enough to intern here during school, and I knew immediately that this office was for me. It is very satisfying working for a practice that cares about quality dental care and making patients feel confident about their smile and overall oral health. All of these reasons fuel my passion for Dentistry.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy cooking and baking delicious foods, crocheting, and roller skating. I also like traveling the world, and spending time with my friends, my family, and my dog.

I am originally from Chatsworth NJ. I graduated from Seneca High school in Tabernacle, then attended BCIT Westampton for Dental Assisting. As a part of my education, I worked in the offices of an oral surgeon and an endodontist.
I did my clinical rotation at Monokian Dentistry. Having worked in other offices, I knew right away that Monokian was different. We provide quality dentistry that is performed by compassionate and caring professionals.
My goal here at work is to be better every single day, and to make sure my patients feel comfortable and safe in the dental chair. When I’m not working, I enjoy writing, cooking, and finding fun places to travel.
Rachel: Dental Assistant
I started my journey at Monokian in early 2023. Working on the dental field had always been a dream for me, so I was overjoyed when I was given a chance to work here. Monokian offers a hands-on learning experience that I’ve been able to benefit from, and has pushed me to be a better dental assistant.
My dream is to eventually receive my degree in Dental Hygiene, and to work in pediatrics. I’ve lived in New Jersey all my life, and currently reside in Mount Laurel. I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful children, watercolor painting, and trips to my grandfather’s shore house in LBI.

Caridad: Dental Assistant
I was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico. I came to the United States when I was 2 years old, and I speak both English and Spanish.
I’ve been a dental assistant since 2011. I became a dental assistant to help patients overcome their fear of dentists, and to help them feel comfortable during treatment. I am a God-loving woman, and I love working at Monokian Dentistry and caring for my patients.
I have four boys: a 22-year-old who is studying to be an electrician, a 19-year-old who’s in the Army, a 14-year-old and a 12-year-old who both love basketball. My hobbies are painting, drawing, camping, cooking, and helping others.
Karina: Dental Assistant
After 15 years in the fitness industry, I decided to make a change and pursue a career in the dental field. I was fortunate to have joined the Monokian Dentistry team. I’ve learned so much during my time here.
I’m excited about being enrolled in the Dental Assistant program and Burlington County Institute of Technology. I’m grateful to the Monokians for the opportunity they have given me and couldn’t imagine a better place to learn and grow within the dental field.
When I’m not working, I like to read, take my dog Ziggy for walks at Batsto, and hang out with my family/friends.
