NOW THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO GET REWARDED:
1) Refer Friends & Family
- You'll receive a $25 credit for your referral completes their first visit.
- Then, a $25 credit for your friend, too.
- You can each opt for a $25 check instead of a credit.
2) Spread The Word Sweepstakes
- You're entered every time someone you refer schedules their first visit.
- We randomly select winners at the end of each month.
- Winners receive a $100 American Express Gift Card.
3) Keep Us In The Conversation Online
- When you tag us on social media we'll enter you into our grand prize drawing.
- When the event ends, we'll randomly select five winners.
- Each of the five will receive a $100 American Express Gift Card.

- For the $25 credit to apply, referred patients must contact us between October 1st and December 31st, 2025, to schedule their first visit.
- First visits must be completed by January 31st, 2026.
