Dental Insurance
We are intentional about the insurance networks we participate in. As a family-owned practice, we remain committed to delivering exceptional dental care—never compromising quality for quotas or corporate profit. We only work with insurance plans that support our ability to provide personalized, top-tier treatment for every patient.
While we do not participate in any DMO or HMO dental plans, we do work with all PPO plans—whether we are considered in-network or out-of-network. Our experienced team is skilled at helping patients maximize their benefits, and we’re always here to walk you through your coverage and expected costs.
We are in-network with select PPO plans, and participation may vary by office. For the most accurate information, we encourage you to call and speak with one of our friendly patient coordinators. They’ll help you understand how your specific plan works with our office.
We are also out-of-network providers for several major PPO plans. Many of those plan members choose to receive care with us even if it means going out-of-network—because they value the uncompromising dental care and attentive service we provide. If that’s important to you, we’ll work with you to make it happen.
If you are on an Individual plan, or you don’t have dental insurance at all, our Monokian Membership Plan offers an excellent alternative!
