Education and Experience
Dr. Rob's educational journey spans two continents and a decade of dedicated study. He initially graduated with commendation from the University of Glasgow Dental School (Scotland) in 2015, where he established a strong foundation in dental medicine. He then enhanced his qualifications by earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating second in his class.
His professional experience includes six years at one of Glasgow's premier cosmetic dentistry practices, where he refined his skills in aesthetic and restorative treatments. This experience, combined with extensive post-graduate training, has equipped him with advanced expertise in restorative dentistry, orthodontics (including Six Month Smiles and Invisalign), endodontics, and oral surgery.
Dr. Rob believes that dental education is a lifelong commitment and continually pursues opportunities to expand his knowledge and perfect his techniques. This dedication to ongoing learning enables him to provide patients with the most current and effective treatments available.
During his time in Alabama, Dr. Rob initiated a program connecting healthcare services to vulnerable communities, working in partnership with local charitable organizations. This experience reinforced his belief that dental professionals can be true assets to their communities by extending care to those who might otherwise lack access.

Something Personal
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Rob's life revolves around his family. He met his wife Jess, a New Jersey native, in 2014 while he was in dental school, and she was abroad pursuing her master's degree. She has been his steadfast support system and a significant factor in his decision to relocate to the United States and New Jersey, redirecting his career path from Scotland. Together, they are raising their four-year-old daughter and newborn son.
He is a passionate cook who particularly enjoys making fresh pasta—an interest that makes him especially excited to be in New Jersey with its rich Italian-American food culture.
Dr. Rob enjoys playing guitar and is currently learning bass, finding that music provides a valuable creative outlet and relaxation method that helps maintain balance amid the demands of dental practice.
Dr. Rob values the importance of maintaining balance through physical fitness and intellectual growth. He is an avid reader and makes time for travel, including annual trips back to Europe to maintain connections with his roots. His diverse interests and commitment to personal development reflect the same holistic approach he brings to patient care.
